Gift Recorder holds sensitive financial and family information, so it's built to keep that information private, encrypted and under your control.
UK-hosted
Your records and the systems that process them are hosted in the UK. Personal data isn't sent to general-purpose global infrastructure scattered across the world.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections are encrypted, and your records and evidence are stored encrypted. Evidence files are scanned before they can be opened.
Access only on your consent
No one sees your records unless you grant them read access. You choose who — adviser, partner, or beneficiary — and you can change or revoke it whenever you like. At probate, your executors have the clear record they need.
You stay the owner
Sharing a ledger never transfers ownership of it. As the donor, you remain in control, and editing is reserved to you.
A tamper-evident trail
Material actions are recorded in an append-only audit log, so there's a reliable history of what happened and when.
Multi-factor sign-in
Accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication where required, adding a second check beyond your password.
